Future Farms

Welcome to Future Farms. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Future Farms reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.

2. Products & Availability

Future Farms sells fresh, perishable food products (eggs).
Product availability may vary based on supply and demand.
Minor variations in egg size, color, or appearance are natural and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order acceptance.

4. Order Placement & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Our rider may contact you before dispatch to confirm availability.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Deliveries are available within Karachi only.
Orders are delivered using Future Farms’ own riders.
Delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 72 hours after order placement.
Customers must be available to receive and inspect the order at delivery.

Once delivery is accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are required to inspect eggs at the time of delivery.
If eggs are cracked or damaged, the entire carton must be returned immediately to the rider.
Claims raised after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of eggs, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are issued only for incorrect orders, subject to verification.
Replacement requests require immediate reporting and, where applicable, video evidence recorded at first opening.

8. Storage & Food Safety

Eggs should be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.
Proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
Future Farms is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
