Future Farms

At Future Farms, we work hard to ensure your eggs are delivered fresh, carefully handled, and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how deliveries work.


📍 Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Karachi only.


🚚 Delivery Method

  • All deliveries are handled by Future Farms’ own riders

  • This allows us to maintain better handling, quality control, and accountability

  • Eggs are transported in shaded and covered conditions to reduce exposure to heat


⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 72 hours of order placement

  • Delivery timing depends on:

    • Order time

    • Route scheduling

    • Volume of orders

🕛 Delivery Window

  • Deliveries are made every day

  • Orders are delivered before 12:00 AM


📦 Packaging & Handling

  • Eggs are packed using a combination of cartons, trays, and protective padding

  • Care is taken to minimize movement and breakage during transport

  • Customers are requested to inspect eggs at the time of delivery


📬 Delivery Confirmation

  • Our rider will contact you before dispatch

  • Customers must be available to receive the order

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is accepted

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be delayed or cancelled. Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.


🥚 Inspection at Delivery (Very Important)

Please check your eggs before accepting delivery:

  • No breakage is acceptable

  • If eggs are cracked or damaged:

    • Return the entire carton to the rider immediately

    • Inform the rider at the time of delivery

Claims reported after delivery cannot be accepted.


❌ Missed Deliveries

  • If a customer is unavailable at delivery:

    • The rider may attempt to contact the customer

    • Delivery may be rescheduled based on availability

  • Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of customer unavailability


❄️ Storage After Delivery

  • Eggs should be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery

  • Proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility


⚠️ Delays & Unforeseen Situations

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Other unavoidable circumstances

Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, but we will always review concerns fairly.
