Refund & Replacement Policy

Future Farms

We want you to have a smooth and reliable experience with Future Farms. Since eggs are a fresh and perishable product, a few simple guidelines help us ensure fairness for everyone.


🥚 Returns on Eggs

Because eggs are perishable, returns are not accepted after delivery.
We kindly ask customers to check their eggs at the time of delivery before accepting the order.

Once the delivery is accepted, the eggs become the customer’s responsibility.


🚚 If Eggs Are Damaged at Delivery

We pack and handle eggs carefully, but if you receive any cracked or broken eggs, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect your eggs at the time of delivery

  • No breakage is considered acceptable

  • If you notice any broken eggs:

    • Please return the entire carton to the rider immediately

    • Inform the rider right away so the issue can be recorded

Damage reported after delivery cannot be accepted.

If damage is noticed when opening the pack later, a clear video recorded at the time of first opening is required for review.


🔁 Replacements

  • In approved cases, a replacement can be arranged

  • Re-delivery costs are borne by the customer

  • Replacement requests are reviewed based on timing and evidence provided


💳 Refunds

Refunds are offered only if an incorrect order is delivered (wrong item or mismatch).

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Damage reported after delivery

  • Eggs spoiled due to improper storage

  • Taste preference or size variation

  • Orders accepted without inspection

Once approved, refund details will be shared directly with the customer.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

  • Our rider will call before dispatch to confirm availability


📦 After Delivery – Storage Responsibility

To keep eggs fresh:

  • Refrigerate eggs as soon as possible after delivery

  • Proper storage is the customer’s responsibility

We’re unable to offer refunds for spoilage caused by improper storage.


⚠️ Delays & Special Situations

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions may occur. These situations do not automatically qualify for refunds, but we’ll always review concerns fairly.
